Built around the Dubai transaction.
One file per client, reused on their next purchase. The investor is asked once. The same core, shaped to one sector's actual milestones.
The milestone spine
Trakheesi
The advertising permit, recorded with the listing it belongs to.
Forms A, B and F
Each attached to the transaction rather than to an inbox.
Developer NOC and Oqood
Off-plan registration evidence, captured at the step that produces it.
Registry transfer and title deed
The transfer appointment and the deed that follows it.
Ejari
Where a lease follows the purchase.
Sample transaction file
Off-plan and secondary run differently
Different registrations, different counterparties, different evidence.
Showing one flow and hoping the other is close enough is how a vendor reveals it built for one.
Six stages, one submission
The investor submits once. The firm reuses that file on the firm's later transactions.
The obligation does not move: the firm's compliance function decides, against thresholds the firm sets. The software records the work and evidences it.
The investor engages the firm. The firm keeps the client, the brand and the deal record throughout.
Identity checks run in the firm's own flow, in the firm's branding.
Results returned by the firm's screening provider are brought into the firm's console, with a risk score alongside.
The firm approves, escalates or declines. The decision is recorded against a named person and a timestamp.
The investor instructs their own bank. Funds move from the investor's own account to a regulated provider.
The outcome is written back to the deal record, and the file is exportable.
Your client, your brand, your deal record
Three parties touch a cross-border purchase. Only one of them is the regulated party for the buyer, and it is not us.
The brokerage keeps
The investor remains the brokerage's client throughout — the enquiry, the relationship, the deal record and the branding on every screen.
The software does
Orchestrates, evidences and records. One file per client, reusable across the firm's later transactions.
A licensed third party does
Each regulated service is carried out by a provider under its own licence, contracted directly by the firm.
Six documents from four systems, kept as one file. Sample data.
The transfer appointment is where the registration fee is paid and the title deed issues. Dubai Land Department charges 4% of the sale value to register a sale, and the record carries that milestone alongside the diligence rather than in a separate folder.
