Every check, attached to the deal it belongs to.
The MLRO stops being the bottleneck on every deal, because the evidence arrives with the work instead of after it. For the MLRO who arrives with a goAML question they cannot answer quickly, an audit or bank review coming, or a file they know has a gap.

What the software captures
Onboarding and CDD
Identity documents, beneficial ownership, screening results and the risk score, captured against the transaction rather than into a folder.
Risk scoring is yours
The firm's own risk matrix is applied, and why each score landed where it did is recorded. The policy stays with the firm.
Enhanced due diligence
What changes when a file scores high: the additional evidence, who has to approve it, and the record that the escalation happened.
goAML
Report content assembled in the structure goAML requires.
Opened, evidenced, reviewed, recorded
One chain from the moment a client file is opened to the moment the client master list is updated. Each step puts something on the record and names who put it there. Steps 07 and 08 run where the firm's own thresholds call for them.
The file exists before the work starts, not after it.
Documents and their sources are captured against the file and timestamped.
The declaration is recorded, with the evidence it will have to be matched against.
Results returned by the firm's provider are brought into the file, with the list and the date.
Each factor is shown line by line, calibrated to the DNFBP taxonomy.
The firm's MLRO reviews the file. The decision is recorded under a named person.
Where the firm's thresholds call for it. The additional evidence and the approval trail sit with the file.
Where the firm's thresholds call for it. Report content is assembled in the structure goAML requires.
The file closes onto the firm's own master list, exportable.
What a source-of-funds file has to contain
Asked badly, this gets requested again and again, in a different shape each time, and lands on the buyer in the fortnight before completion. Captured properly it is assembled once, at onboarding, and reused on that client's later transactions.
Identity and address
Government identity document and proof of address, for every party and every beneficial owner behind a company or a trust.
Where the wealth came from
Evidence for each underlying source, not a single statement: proceeds of a prior sale, business income, an investment disposal, inheritance or a gift. One source, one document trail.
The banking trail
Statements connecting the source to the account the payment will leave, so the origin and the payment are the same story rather than two.
On-chain origin, where there is one
Wallet attribution and transaction history, to the standard the firm's own analytics provider will accept. The conversion is rarely the hard part; evidencing where the asset came from is.
Assembled once, and dated
Each item carries its source and when it was captured. Evidence that has gone stale is re-requested before it is challenged, not after.
Where a buyer's funds move as virtual assets, originator and beneficiary information must accompany any transfer above AED 3,500. Knowing that before a transfer is arranged is the difference between a purchase that completes and one that stalls.

Tell us about a deal that stalled
Walk us through one cross-border purchase — where it got stuck, what was asked for, and what it took to answer. We will show you what that transaction looks like as a single record, with the gaps marked and each one named.
